The cottage is located at 15 rue du Ravieux in Saint‑Geniez‑d’Olt‑et‑d’Aubrac (12130).

It is registered with the Town Hall and obtained in 2023 the “2 ears of corn” label from Gîtes de France.

It belongs to SCI Pezeu‑Ravieux, a family-owned company that also owns the large house at 26 rue du Ravieux opposite number 15 (Hôtel Le Grand Rivié, a 17th‑century townhouse).

The cottage is in the heart of the town of Saint‑Geniez‑d’Olt‑et‑d’Aubrac, 100 m from the Town Hall and the Tourist Office (under the cloister).

Doctor, nursing practice, pharmacy, many shops nearby.

The town is located on the Lot river, 10 km from Campagnac (nearest train station) and 50 km north‑east of Rodez (nearest airport).

This is an old house whose 44 m² ground floor has been renovated into a furnished tourist accommodation. The cottage opens directly onto a large enclosed garden, and has its own independent access.

The garden, the shower room and the toilet are not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

One parking space is available, uncovered but enclosed; access via rue du Ravieux. It is possible to park on the Town Hall square except on market days, Saturday and Wednesday.

Cottage description

Total area: 44 m², with an 18.5 m² living room with kitchen, and two separate bedrooms.

Capacity for 4 people (possibly 6 with a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room). It is one level above rue du Ravieux, accessed by stairs. It is on the same level as the Town Hall square (also called Le Cours) with a second access to this square via a gate at the back of the garden.

• In the living room: a sofa bed, a table and 6 chairs, a small color TV, Wi‑Fi.
• A 12.3 m² bedroom (140 cm bed), with French door onto the garden.
• A small 8.6 m² bedroom (twin 80 cm beds), 3 windows.
• 1 travel cot for baby.
• A small shower room and a separate toilet.
• 4 electric convector heaters for heating.

Kitchen equipment:

sink, 4‑burner gas cooker with oven, gas bottle, extractor hood, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, cookware, pressure cooker, full cutlery for 10 people, mixer, electric kettle, electric coffee maker.

Other equipment:

Washing machine, portable indoor clothes dryer and outdoor clothesline in the garden. Iron, ironing board, electric hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, brooms.
